April did so much more than just book our trip. She walked me through every detail of planning our vacation, just like she did for our previous Disney trips, and answered my many tedious questions. Most of all, we would have been absolutely LOST without her when our first flight got delayed in Atlanta, causing us to miss our connecting flights. She got on the phone for me and arranged new flights. When American Airlines put us two separate rooms in a not-so-nice hotel in Miami, she had a van come pick us up and take us to a much nicer condo. April corresponded with Beaches and arranged our stay to accommodate the delays, fixed our return flights, and called the hotel where our SUV was parked to make sure they knew we would be an extra day. She kept me updated on what our vacation insurance would cover (never will I travel without it again!) She kept in touch with me the whole trip, including making sure we made it in last night before she went to bed. I didn’t feel like she was just doing a job or being a travel agent. I felt like she loved us and wanted the absolute best for us! If you are ever in need of the services she provides, I hope you will trust me and choose April!”
